The Elizabeth Avenue Partnership (EAP) is a non-profit organization, designated by the City of Elizabeth to manage the Elizabeth Avenue Special Improvement District (SID). Since 1999, the EAPs mission has been to revitalize and enhance all aspects of the shopping district.
